5.1 Handling of Bank Account and Routing Numbers

‍When you submit your bank account and routing information on our Site, the data is transmitted through an encrypted connection and routed into a secure temporary staging system used exclusively for payment setup and verification. This staging system may include automation or data-processing tools that support secure intake (such as Make.com or Airtable). Access to this staging system is strictly limited to authorized personnel.

‍Transfer to Long-Term Secure Storage
‍Within 24-48 hours, your bank information is transferred to our long-term secure storage environment, where it is encrypted and accessible only to authorized personnel responsible for processing payments. Once the transfer is completed, the original data in the temporary staging system is permanently deleted.

‍No Storage in Member Dashboard
‍Your full bank account number and routing number are never stored inside Memberstack, your public member profile, or your Greenways Club dashboard.

Use of Financial Data
Your bank information is used exclusively for:

• Processing your recurring subscription payments
• Applying referral rewards or other club-related payouts
• Verifying payment status for membership eligibility
• Contacting you if an issue arises with your subscription payments

We do not sell, share, or use your financial information for any other purpose.
